I wish for an immortal race of sentient starships, allegedly waiting in dark space.

And, granted. The starships are teleported from their homeworld/place of origin, only to reside within our own solar system. Unfortunately for us, these sentient starships still need resources, and begin harvesting ours from our very own (once very isolated) solarsystem. They deem the human race not a threat, however they are annoyed that they were taken from their homeworld, and demand the sacrifice of the one who wished them here. They want the sacrifice done in our own traditional ways of course, as they don't wish to be rude and force their culture upon us too quickly...



They then befriend humanity and allow for humans to join in their intergalactic endeavors. Thanks for taking one for the team buddy
