The CONPF is a force dedicated to the protection and safe going of nether communities and the people who try to make a living in it. We of CONPF will meet any threats to the already set and newly improved on rules in the nether with lethal force, and promise to abide by them. We seek to help enforce the rules of the server that definitionize nether PVP such as the fact that no community or spawn portals may be trapped or camped by combatants under the threat of ban and the newly set rules by the Nether Wars guidelines. We of course can not ban people, however we will collect and then allocate proof of wrongdoings such as griefing and illegal PVP in the nether, and then meet the guilty individual(s) with lethal force.
As of recent events and we have deemed it necessarry to add an At All Times A Combatant list, we shall add people and remove people to this list on a regular basis, based on their behavior and actions in the nether and based off rules coinciding with the official rules and the Nether Wars Of Conduct.
Members: Cogohst, jtcanon, KyleFate, Kojaimea, smithsps, Acaelia, Cheez99, aguy130, Shadow_Barrage, thugrats, ramien123, mystro211, SilsuCrow, fritterdonut
AATC: _Pharazon_, _b3ast_
Policies when approaching situations in the nether.
-Combatant And War Policies-
>Members of CONPF will actively enact lethal force upon individuals deemed with the label of an AATC due to the actions or behavior the took upon themselves to earn their place on that list.
>The CONPF will not interfere with wars and fighting between enemy factions, this is only excluded by when a member or members of CONPF are apart of either of the warring factions and thus are apart of the fighting.
>If it appears that a combatant is assaulting a non-combatant, then any available CONPF member will immediately attempt to use lethal force on the assaulter so that the non-combatant may survive and proceed with their buisness.
>When in a working area, CONPF members will attack any individual who appears to be a comabatant that approaches the area, unless said individual is willing to place their armor and/or weapons into their inventory and not pause when passing through, less members of CONPF feel that the individual is allocating their arms and/or armor.
-Griefing and Looting-
>Griefing, as always, is bannable even in the nether. If any CONPF member is to come across a griefed structure in the nether, they will immediately request a Staff member to come discover who the perpatrator is. If any CONPF member is to come across a griefer who is currently griefing a structure, they will collect proof of said individual's grief and then proceed to attack the individual until they are put out of commision and thus unable to continue griefing.
>Altering a building that is not owned by you or your faction is considered in any given situation is still considered griefing.
>Looting is not a bannable offense due to the frequency, untrackability, and sheer chaos that it causes. However this only applies to the nether and not the overworld, remember that. Our policies when it comes to looting are as follows, we will enact lethal force upon any looters who enact in looting an individuals store until they are defeated and no longer a threat, any materials they had looted from the stores will be returned and, in the case the looter returns, protected to the best of the CONPF members ability.
>CONPF members will not, however, attack a looter who is looting from a faction base/fort or combatant's home, as the looting of these specific areas is not deemed an offendable act by our rules of conduct and are considered fair game.
-Safe Zones-
This is more of a set of rules than it is a policy.
>Attemtping to camp a nether portal in a safe zone is a bannable offense
>Attacking from a safe zone makes you a combatant and thus fair game
>Attacking an individual who is in a safe zone whilst still in the safe zone is deemed camping
>Attacking an individual who is in a safe zone whilst not in the safe zone is also deemed camping
>Running into a safe zone while in active combat does not make you a non-combatant, and thus you are fair game
