The CONPF is a force dedicated to the protection and safe going of nether communities and the people who try to make a living in it. We of CONPF will meet any threats to the already set and newly improved on rules in the nether with lethal force, and promise to abide by them. We seek to help enforce the rules of the server that definitionize nether PVP such as the fact that no community or spawn portals may be trapped or camped by combatants under the threat of ban and the newly set rules by the Nether Wars guidelines. We of course can not ban people, however we will collect and then allocate proof of wrongdoings such as griefing and illegal PVP in the nether, and then meet the guilty individual(s) with lethal force.

As of recent events and we have deemed it necessarry to add an At All Times A Combatant list, we shall add people and remove people to this list on a regular basis, based on their behavior and actions in the nether and based off rules coinciding with the official rules and the Nether Wars Of Conduct.

Members: Cogohst, jtcanon, KyleFate, Kojaimea, smithsps, Acaelia, Cheez99, aguy130, Shadow_Barrage, thugrats, ramien123, mystro211, SilsuCrow, fritterdonut

AATC: _Pharazon_, _b3ast_

Policies when approaching situations in the nether.

-Combatant And War Policies-
>Members of CONPF will actively enact lethal force upon individuals deemed with the label of an AATC due to the actions or behavior the took upon themselves to earn their place on that list.
>The CONPF will not interfere with wars and fighting between enemy factions, this is only excluded by when a member or members of CONPF are apart of either of the warring factions and thus are apart of the fighting.
>If it appears that a combatant is assaulting a non-combatant, then any available CONPF member will immediately attempt to use lethal force on the assaulter so that the non-combatant may survive and proceed with their buisness.
>When in a working area, CONPF members will attack any individual who appears to be a comabatant that approaches the area, unless said individual is willing to place their armor and/or weapons into their inventory and not pause when passing through, less members of CONPF feel that the individual is allocating their arms and/or armor.

-Griefing and Looting-
>Griefing, as always, is bannable even in the nether. If any CONPF member is to come across a griefed structure in the nether, they will immediately request a Staff member to come discover who the perpatrator is. If any CONPF member is to come across a griefer who is currently griefing a structure, they will collect proof of said individual's grief and then proceed to attack the individual until they are put out of commision and thus unable to continue griefing.
>Altering a building that is not owned by you or your faction is considered in any given situation is still considered griefing.
>Looting is not a bannable offense due to the frequency, untrackability, and sheer chaos that it causes. However this only applies to the nether and not the overworld, remember that. Our policies when it comes to looting are as follows, we will enact lethal force upon any looters who enact in looting an individuals store until they are defeated and no longer a threat, any materials they had looted from the stores will be returned and, in the case the looter returns, protected to the best of the CONPF members ability.
>CONPF members will not, however, attack a looter who is looting from a faction base/fort or combatant's home, as the looting of these specific areas is not deemed an offendable act by our rules of conduct and are considered fair game.

-Safe Zones-
This is more of a set of rules than it is a policy.
>Attemtping to camp a nether portal in a safe zone is a bannable offense
>Attacking from a safe zone makes you a combatant and thus fair game
>Attacking an individual who is in a safe zone whilst still in the safe zone is deemed camping
>Attacking an individual who is in a safe zone whilst not in the safe zone is also deemed camping
>Running into a safe zone while in active combat does not make you a non-combatant, and thus you are fair game

This seems to be exactly what I was seeking. Nether Trade Center Police Force will adjoin you in this protection of the nether and all it's former beauty. We can still have organized fights, I'm working on an arena that will be able to fight in so that people don't fight on the road.

If people are fighting on the road, it's a hazard to people passing by. For that reason, the nether road shall be protected by the two police forces who shall have epic organized battles.

The force will not be participating in organized battles. This is just the rule enforcing branch of the Dragoons. We at Ceteri believe that the chaotic and hectic nature of normal Nether combat makes it far superior to planned and policed PvP. This thread is only to cement the fact that we want to keep the Nether safe and enjoyable; and we do not want to change Nether PvP as it currently is.

You might come to a standpoint where you have no faction to battle. NTC does not wish to partake in unorganized battles as it has lead to nothing but arguments, and disconnect-warfare in the past.

*Edit* I'm not trying to take pvp out of the nether, I'm asking to keep it out of the nether road. (Meaning no killing at all on the road, because someone on the road is clearly just trying to pass by as that is what it was built for). There is still over 5,000 blocks of space where unorganized fights will go on, involving item looting and disconnect warfare. We're just asking that the road stays attack free, and a safe zone.

No part of that isn't funny.

Also, the point of pvp in the nether is to make "danger" a trade-off for the advantage of fast travel. While stopping portal camping at the major spawn portals is almost neccessary, protecting the etire road isn't. Even when the proverbial wolves are at the door, it is still possible for players to jump out the window and take any of a dozen alternate routes to get where there going. Heck I know 5 routes between Spawn city and Abyssus off the top of my head. I'm sure if I actively searched I could find 5 more.

My point is that the road (the fastest method of travel) should be the single most dangerous route through the nether. Policing it defeats the etire pupose of pvp in the nether.

In any case, I wouldn't trust the group that was mugging people for a "road tax" to police the road. How stupid do you think people are? But thanks, I think your "policing" is just the thing to keep the road good and dangerous.

I've asked numerous times for no pvp on the road unless it's self defense. :(

Protected nether roads defeat the point of the nether. The nether is a shortcut that is supposed to come with risks. I, for one, will terrorize the roads in order to retain the dangerous environment that the nether is supposed to be.

Does that include tearing up the roads, pouring laval everywhere and making people traverse the often times unconnected Nether cliff faces to get from one portal to another?

Or are you just referring to killing innocent, unarmed and unarmored travelers on the only path between their portal and their destination?

Both seem like dick moves to me.
