I'm putting this here to help me with reference. Now i will apologize right now, Intelli, if I misinterpret something or speak falsehood. Your intelligence surpasses mine, but I will try my best.

- Wipe public land, using a self-coded intelligent realm detection script. This script would only wipe wipe public areas that are at least 150x150 in size, to prevent terrain anomalies, and would automatically smooth/merge the edges of the wiped land and existing realms.
- Wipe chests in private realms, and reset credits. Ultimately, everyone would be starting over, while still maintaining the historic value of MineRealm 3.0+
- To prevent unwanted builds from being carried over, we'd make players pay a relatively low fee (either 500 or 1,000 credits), to preserve an owned realm. Any player would be able to pay the fee, for any owned realm on the map (so builds of semi-inactive players could be preserved by other players)
- Upon the "wipe", all realms would be disbanded. Players would have the option to buy realms they previously owned back at server value, and would be able to reserve these realms from being purchased by other players. In the event that a player doesn't choose to reserve their realms, after the first 30 days, previously private realms would go up for sale. However, rather than costing the same amount as other public realms, they would be valued by the amount of valuable blocks (such as diamond blocks) existing in the realm.
Part I
I think this will do very nicely, especially around areas with uneven realms of public and private.
Part II
Obviously an unwanted occurrence, as players prefer to stay wealthy and hoarding, creating monopolies in some markets, but not to a total control.
Part III
This one is tripping me up somewhere. I am having a hard time understanding, so bear with my stumbling.
The main point is unnecessary builds crossing over, then players pay a fee. This fee: is it for the protection of other builds on owned lands? If that roves true, would such fees need to be paid for
all wanted structures? Continuing further, if a fee is
not paid, does the structure become wiped with its realm?
I wish to have this point enlightened, if you want to, of course.
Part IV
After some thought, I see not too much wrong with this point, except as a true test of Minerealmian dedication to their realms. A "renewal", as you previously mentioned, would have to constantly be activated in order to keep your realms in your control. I honestly wish not to have to re-earn my current realms back, but this rumor of a "new economical system" is the determining variable covered in ink here. You did state some things you wanted to keep secret, so if a possible new system is one of those, I respect your silence.
Thank you all for holding on during that breakdown, I do hope this can be settled without ill feelings.
In hopeful humility,
