I miss Minerealm early 3.0..... Who doesn't that was in it? With the unbuyable spawn, original spawn building, all the gone players' realms..... so why doesn't Intelli bring it back for a day on a Saturday so most people can get on? I'm not saying this Saturday, and it's just an idea. Post your thoughts here, please, no flaming.

I wasn't here then, but I think it would be a lot of fun. Intelli did something like this on MR's first anniversary. He put up different past maps throughout the day, ending with the Sandbeast map. That was a lot of fun.

Yes old 3.0 was amazing, but the problem would be that many people wouldn't be able to access their current land. Unless Intelli brings old 3.0 back via creative.minerealm.com

Funny to think that the early 3.0 era is old enough for us to go nostalgia-mode over it

Anyway, I think this is a wonderful idea. Perhaps it could be done as a way to transition to the 5.0 map?

• Put up early 3.0 in creative mode so we can fly around and see old things that have disappeared.
• Then, put up the current map in creative mode so we can fly around and see current things that we haven't gotten around to visiting.
• Finally, get rid of the creative version, put up a survival-mode backup of the current map on the "classic" server, and introduce the new map as the kickoff to 5.0.

Lol, I don't consider 3.0 much different.... It was the same map after all.

Yeah, lots of things are still the same, but lots of things also changed. New towns have sprung up, old ones were abandoned, and even the central area of Spawn City has been extensively modified as those most coveted realms changed hands.

I say no. I would prefer if it was 2.0. Early 3.0 was the absolute worst moment in Minecraft to me an I didn't like it.

I was only on at the end of 2.0, so I remember next to nothing about it. But yeah, I miss the 3.0 main spawn. Sure it was ugly 90% of the time, but it was always nice to see new things being built or tore down on a daily basis.
