Another thing: make a statement about trolling. Many people think this is a bannable offense, you should clarify that it is not.

You need to specify that hacking includes mods that alter movement speed or direction(which would get both speed hacks and fly mods) block mine speed, ability to spawn items, duping(a glitch, not a hack, but should be under the same rule), and xray mods and texture packs. As it is, someone might honestly not know what we consider a hack and what we don't.

Also, as far as xray mods go, it is almost impossible to catch someone with one unless they announce they are using it somehow. The only real way would be to use an xray pack yourself and look at their mine. If they have perfectly cleared all diamonds/gold from an area without missing any and without clearing all stone from the space, then you can tell. But otherwise you just can't spot it unless they shove it in your face.

Also, on the trading theft, it needs some clarification. Stealing from a trade in progress in spawn is clearly bannable, but what about wilderness. They way its phrased, in order to legit steal from a trade in the wild you must first kill the traders. If you only steal without killing it is bannable, but kill first and its not. Very bizarre.

Maybe add rude or offensive creations. Everytime I see a swastika in the wilderness or spawn I get pissed off. And giant dirt/diamond "FU** YOU" things should be bannable if the offender is caught in the act.

Not sure if its in there or not, but maybe add a section regarding duped items, like the possesion of? The huge admin/mod reaction to the problem seems to warrant a special place in the rules. Mostly because a player stumbling across a field of diamond blocks is not hacking, but if they take them they can be banned for duping or having them.

You might want to add something about using f3 to find dungeons in survival. I haven't tried this, but I've heard some people discussing it.

Also, what mods are appropriate? Flying and such is obviously inappropriate, like you say:

What about not as bad mods? Minimaps, compasses, light hacks, x-ray mods (yeah, I know we've been over this), mods to change sounds etc...

I support pure clean clients, but does minerealm have a problem with minor mods?

Everything that doesn't give you an advantage and only serves to enhance the visual/audible experience is not considered hacking. Minimaps are allowed, texture packs are allowed, compasses are allowed (there's ever a server mod which you can use by typing /compass)
