Web client doesn't work either. I can log into the web page fine, but it fails to load at the "Done loading" screen. I believe the web version still must connect to the login server separately at login.minecraft.com. And yes, I have tried it on multiple computers on multiple networks. It's possible that it's still available only to European players.

yeah because its works for me so i think its just countries outside europe who have the problem

I'm guessing it's due to the proximity of the login server to your network. Maybe hosted by the same upstream provider as your ISP.

I'm in Europe but I cannot log in
There's no option other than wait for MC to start running again.

There is also a mod that generates a Skyblock style map
