Intelli tends very much towards the innocent until proven guilty side of things. It would take some very solid proof, like video of him wrecking spawn, to get intelli to ban him. Light, you would be better off getting regular levels of evidence and just posting another ban thread.

Going to Intelli was a bluff. Besides, I don't need admin approval to get a person banned, that's just something I need a mod for. And to be blunt, I'm sure there's quite a few mods willing to reban him with the evidence I've begotten.
