Lol green belt. I wouldn't call them effective, especially since you've never actually snapped someone's neck before or pushed their nose up into their brain. You can practice doing it with a partner, but unless they take you in a room with a dude and tell you to snap his neck, you'd probably just stop short. Not to mention the fact that most people don't hold still long enough to pull one of those moves.

I wouldn't go out and buy a dog or learn a martial art over this, just call the police and tell them what's been going on. The guy's acting weird, paying your brother for pee (probably used to pass a drug test), etc. Maybe they can talk to him or give you some advice.

EDIT: Page get!

I'm from England where guns aren't allowed. If someone is going to kill you, the English way is to just make sure that there is enough evidence to commit them after your dead.

Good Luck!

I don't want to do anything serious guys. The shovels are for yard work, he is a hard worker and he always is looking for work. I believe he is a felony. He told me and my brother how he went to prison because he got mixed up with drug dealers and stuff. I don't think he wants to kill us, he just wants to kill someone. If he wanted to kill me/us he could have before at any time. My mom is anti-gun so me being 16, can't just go buy one. I'm not going to throw down money to train in Karate or w/e. Anyways I like your guys' feedback, keep it coming.

First off, getting a gun would be a really, really bad idea. The amount of accidental deaths that guns cause is frankly retarded. Also, guns provide a false sense of security and in the unlikely event that you have to use it the law will be on your ass faster then then you can count to twelve. All in all getting a gun would be a mistake.

Second, Catsfuzz your Karate lessons and green belt will do nothing to anybody with access to a shovel or any sort of long range melee weapon (I know they are not being used for weapons, etc, but still). All someone would need to do is hit you once with the shovel before you go down, you get thrown off balance and lose any advantage. Self defence instructors even say when they start teaching that the likelihood of actually being able to use a technique to save your life is very low, you need to be aware of an attack before it happens. So this route is a no go.

Third, if you want legal action to be taken without any blame placed on you or your family have your brother not pee in the cup for him. Say that he is either not around or is really sick and on medication that would make a drug test positive. I'm 90% sure that some medication does that. He will fail his drug test and either his parole officer or the police will take action in the event he fails the test.

If that doesn't work, tell your parents. They will have some idea of what to do and are better equipped to handle the situation. Really, this is the safest and best option.

I'm amazed the amount of posts that this thread has generated. I mean, seriously, this is a thread about some coked up druggy whom can barely walk straight, let alone be a danger to anyone other than himself. When I was a child, my next door neighbor bred pit bulls for dog fights which he occasionally held in his house, and I never worried about that. And I can assure you that angry blood-thirsty pit bulls are a lot more dangerous than some crack addict.

Who said he can't walk? His ex girlfriend is now breaking into his house for drugs and he "found" needles in his van and house.
