Due to constant 'harrassment' from pvpers against those who forgot to make screenshots of giveback agreements in chat, I request that a new, highly simple rule is made, although I'm not sure how well it will be received.

PvP item Giveback is Mandatory unless agreed otherwise by the PvPers involved. This only should apply to intentional PvP. Anyone unsuspectingly killed by another is not capable of using this rule.

It may sound unnecessary, but all this rule would help do is place the burden of proof on the winner to rightfully claim his prize. There are constantly people who just deny having agreed to giveback being able to suppress newer players' claims on the account of no proof.

Please offer CONSTRUCTIVE criticism on this post, not just 'this iz stewpid'.
Let me know what you think!

Half the fight is for honor, the other half for the loot. What legitamate reason does anyone have to risk good items for no reward? PVP is pointless without profit, and furthermore, this rule would be impossible to enforce.

If anything, it should be 'mandatory keeping of items unless agreed otherwise' if you dive into a PVP situation expecting your gear back when you lose.... You might just be an idiot.

It's for these reasons I think this is an incredibly useless/rediculous suggestion.

No.

I know that is a simple answer but, the only time I have ever pvp'd with items returned was with friends. Normally I just kill everyone for fun :D. Beginning with turning on pvp you consent to losing items unless CLEARLY stated otherwise. Full agreement between BOTH players is mandatory. IF you forget to screenshot your agreement that's your own fault. Don't try to get rules made to fix your mistakes.

This is not placing the blame on you just people in general. "You" was used to help state my opinion not to place blame.

Yeah, and it's just the fun of killing someone, being able to take their stuff. It's also no fun without any risk, if you will just get your items back.

Epic win.

Anyway, this could be somewhat annoying, although many times, people have said to me "I never said i was going to give it back, i was talking to someone else, i changed my mind," blah blah blah. It's best to get witnesses, i think.
