IIRC cybering isn't against the rules as long as your euphemisms are safe enough. Although from what it sounds like, she was being obscene enough to fall under swearing.

Atop that she/he would have frequent tantrums in All-caps that also involved swears, mainly regarding the fact that people were calling her Emil instead of Emily (where are we supposed to interpret Emily?)

I wasn't around for the cybering but yeah, I heard it was bad.
