Really I don't think this is worth a ban request or anything, but I think we need a rule or something for this.

I PvP a lot at spawn, and people are always following me with PvP off, trying to get free diamond stuff every time I kill someone.

Now, it is at spawn. Yeah, I could go to the nether.

But, isn't it almost harassment? disturbing other people's stuff?

Here's a vid of me pvping at spawn. I normally return people's items. Wouldn't it of been bad if this guy had taken all his diamond gear and logged off? Or, is it fair picking if it's on the ground?

Yeah. It seems far to harsh to ban the people obviously, but it's quite frustrating when a random guy gets away with all your diamond gear, it's ten times worse when you planned to return the items. :/

Also, they wait for items to drop, if people are fighting and they aren't, they should stay back.
