A forums mod will determine if Gmax created a new account named DarkSideOfOz or not. Stop that discussion.

The main issue here is the griefing. I still have not decided whether Gmax has griefed or not, but I'm leaning towards he has.

If we continue to discuss whether or not Gmax has another account, then it should be locked. But it shouldn't be locked if there is still a chance he did not grief.

why cant i be un banned. i was only simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. I love this server i have made so much stuff on there. I havent broken any rules. there's evidence to show i wasn't greifing.

and also. so what my play styles are a bit off, so what. I play without a GUI there fore i must be greifing. This is wrong.

The way I see it is that he was the one to film the greifing operation.You cant be unbanned because you haven't given a reason why you should.

One last thing

3. Saying plz, I luv this server, I'll do anything, and any other assortment of buttkissing will not help your case. As demonstrated in some ban appeal threads, we do not yield to buttkissing.

And that evidence was nothing more than a joke as far as i'm concerned.

You were in the realm together. When Nemenoch, or whatever his name was, got banned, you stood up for him even though there were pics of him swearing, griefing, and spamming. He also threatened that a griefing group will come and grief the server. As far as I'm concerned, you were part of it. You mined and bought the cobble to turn it into furnaces, and then today the group spammed the spawn with it while Gmax was filming it.
