So, several hours ago, Agentred100 was camping the portal (which was very annoying) when he (as he should have) took this video of me apparently sneak-hacking repeatedly.
before you post a ban request, Aelcalan has already said that I am not guilty, and Agentred100 admitted it was likely some kind of glitch, and that there is no logical reason for me to sneak-hack in plain sight of someone who recognizes my custom skin, and the slightly grayed nameplate above my head.
link to video: yes, I know this is likely to be taken as evidence against me by someone stubborn enough to post a ban request, despite staff saying "not guilty", and reasons why this makes no sense and has other explanations.

Now, I have yet to totally confirm this, but I believe what happens in the multiple times I appear to be simultaneously sneaking and running or sprinting (which is what sneak-hacking does) is that I am going into the nether, holding sneak, then, stop holding sneak, either during or after the nether portal-ing (possibly whilst attacking) to cause the server not to receive correct information about whether I am sneaking.
as I said, I have yet to definitively test these hypothesis, it could be a totally unrelated bug.
Anyway, I don't have any idea about whether it can be fixed, or whether bukkit or one of Intelli's plugins or whatnot is the issue, but would someone please look in to this? If my theory about sneaking doesn'y work out, It would be helpful to receive a list of mods that Agentred100 was running when he posted the video, to help figure out what the reasoning behind the apparent sneak-hacking was, The mods I am running are:
two-many-items
single-player-commands
Spawner-gui
and modloader.
there is also quite a bit of unused garbage in my jar (old versions of client-side content mod-resources), but that shouldn't make much of a difference.
