have builds be able to protected by mods, OR recruit "protecters" who can only protect things, so mods arnt overwhelmed, then have monthly or so wipes of nonprotected things. After things are protected, the owner would be able to add/remove members and maybe add a motd

I'm hoping it runs on the actual inbuilt creative system, minus certain blocks.

Modifications to Minecraft itself could make the MineRealm creative experience incredibly awesome.
