I wasn't one of those people, but unless I'm mistaken, the saplings they obtained were theirs for the taking, but Intelli stopped them from being able to place the sapling. I only know anything about this because someone gave me a log and five planks. Also, how is there circle stone brick?
there was an exploit with the stone brick stairs that was fixed.. depending on how you placed it, you would get cracked mossy or normal stone brick when mined. however there was a stone brick that didnt stack with the others, that was later retextured as the circle brick. I have a piece, because i just put it in my chest, not thinking twice about it after i tried it (Mossy and cracked i destroyed when intelli announced to)
You could get cracked & mossy stone brick with this exploit, but prodigy is talking about "circle" stone brick, new blox added in 1.2, i believe.
On topic, since those of us who used an exploit to get mossy/cracked stone brick were forced to destroy it(i had over 10 stacks of both), don't see why those who used an exploit to get junglewood shouldn't have to do the same.
Although i really believe something should be done to introduce jungle wood/logs/sapplings into the economy soon, as it'd be a fun addition, and if we have to wait for a map expansion to get them, it'll be another few months i'm guessing before we ever get jungle trees. IMO they should be introduced into the economy either via prize for an event, via auction, or another more creative way.
