to be technical, its not our government thats messed up. its our government that prevents stupid laws from being enacted with no ratification. the problem is that our government is very dependent on the participation of its citizens and no one cares enough to be informed about what is happening to actively participate.

This is just too funny. If the "Early Childhood" games are the only ones that don't get labeled, then warning labels will be included on "Everyone" games. So games rated as being appropriate for everyone will bear warnings that they may not be appropriate for some people.

Fortunately, Herb Kohl--one particularly senile legislator who was largely responsible for forming the ESRB in the first place--will be retiring rather than running for reelection in November
