Lineant, I have many ideas in mind and will definitely be making something new, original, eye-catching and you can expect some redstone goodies as you can see in my build below I'd also be giving away freebies like diamonds and other stuff very often seeing as its so close to spawn.

Many redstone contraptions etc are in the mansion i.e. cinema, hard drives etc

I don't think it should be too easy for new players. Most of you want to do something for the newbs... but what have they done to earn it?

We advertise ourselves as a fully legit survival server, and in my mind, giving new players free diamonds and free tools is not legit. We may as well be spawning it for them.

Hell, who says we aren't just giving griefers tools to grief with? I say give the stuff to the people who need it, giving newbs tools isn't going to do anything.

Food is fine, because people tend to starve before getting out of spawn, although there is a huge melon farm there... I just don't think they need tools.

Skycity needs to make a island at spawn to get more people to come. Right now construction is deadly slow.

Dear Lineant,
I would use the realms i great ways, but most importantly not build a giant piece of trash that would take days to demolish. I would use this realm for planning and maybe schematics, or even lend people a helping hand. The last the a person wants to see is a giant tower overwhelming the rest of Spawn City. So in conclusion i would USE the realm and not just get it and sell it for some RC.
