I don't think Line is going to give the realm to people based soley on building talents. I think he is looking for far more then that.

I would like it to have a nice place that everyone can see and admire and say "wow that place looks really nice someone must've put alot of time and effort into it" i would like to in some way give back toi the communtity for having such a gift

Well, I'm being disabonded by my friends, running low on cash, and I have no realms left.
I would like it to make a Spawn Houser. A place for N00bs to hang out until they find a settlement. I have plans for the build already made out. I dont have any pics, but when/if I get some, i would post them. And, if that idea gets shot down (Like all my others), don't give me the realms.

Hello,

Since you are giving your spawn realm away for free, I would like to apply for owner ship.

You see, I am extremely poor. I have a total of two realms and I have 7,000 credits currently. The reason I am so poor is because I really don't need thousands of credits. I want to help people and/or make Minerealm a more enjoyable server. The reason I want your spawn realm is so I can give new Minerealm players a place to stay until they find their own place. It must be near to spawn though, so people can set their home and go to spawn to bring their items to their newly found home. My service is going to be totally free of charge and it will allow for people to stay somewhere while trying to find a home.

If I get this realm, I will also be renting out plots. The income from the plots will go directly to the development of the server (Ex. Skycity or Hunger Games Arena) and charities. This will help:

A. People have a home near spawn, which is always a good thing.
B. Everyone across the server with their projects.

Of course, this is your realm to give and this idea of mine is just a far off dream right now. But if you give me your spawn realm, everyone around the server will be happier. Everyone INCLUDING you, because you will have access to the services I will be helping and you will have a warm fuzzy feeling inside because you know you helped a good cause.

I have put more thought into this.

I have come up with the dimensions and number of plots:

32 New User Free Plots (4x4)
28 Rent-For-Charity Plots (5x5)
1 Main Building (12x12)
May be adjusted to make plots larger, not sure yet.

Here is the layout:



Green is the New User Plots, Blue is the Rent-For-Charity plots, the middle Red square is the main building.

I noticed that a lot of people want spawn realm as an outpost for this city or that town... whatever.

Of course all cities would like an outpost near spawn, including me for SFD (San Fran Disco).

However, If I got a spawn realm I would make a NEW spawn portal. I'm tired of portal campers, and I'm sure many others who don't PVP in MC are as well. What this would do is force the portal campers to choose between this portal, and the normal spawn portal. Therefore providing a greater chance for none PVPers to get through.

Don't get me wrong, i know it's not agaisnt the rules to portal camp. However, I don't PVP in virtual Lego World. I PVP in pvp games, not build games (go figure).

Of course I would build something nice (come check out SFD if you ever want examples). I would also try to estabilish something useful for the community (i.e. auto pumpkin, melon, and/or reed farms). Also, I would have something pointing to the SFD as well.

The big thing for me is another spawn portal that is close to spawn, but not linked to spawn.
