Same with my 8. Been that way since it first got linked. I can't help but wonder what the exact formula is that causes this kind of stagnation but I'm sure if it were generally known some tool would try to game the system like it were a score to be "won".

Maybe it's a penalty for being online too much?

I had a 9 but the server went gay and banned me for spamming. Made a mockery of the law.

I was 8, then went to 9, but last week i went back to 8 again, it may of been because i asked Helpbot how to make a Repeater, lol.
