The only situation in which we would ban in the chat is, for example, if you paid 20,000 credits and didn't receive the auction item.
Sounds good =) When will I be able to log in again then?
This is not what you were banned for. If you want to get unbanned, you'll need to make a proper ban appeal.
So I was banned for not accepting the highest bid, and instead selling my slimeballs to the second highest bidder?
So... if this ban-appeal hadn't been made, I would have never been banned, and since this ban-appeal was rejected, I continue being banned even though no ban-appeal was made?? Are you ******* serious? I wouldn't give him the the slimeballs because he was being rude and because I could tell CowsRule actually wanted the slimeballs and was being a nice guy. And now you punish me by banning me, even though this ban-appeal was rejected, and no other ban-appeal was made?

What happened to "innocent until proved otherwise"?? He needs to make another ban-appeal for me to continue being banned! I shouldn't have to make an appeal to get unbanned!

This situation is like; A guy gets arrested. The judge finds out that the man was charged with robbery when in fact he punched a guy. The judge finds him not guilty of robbery, but still sends him to jail because of the punch, even though no one ever charged the man for violence????

I mean c'mon! PLS! christ, have some heart here... I will copy this text into a "unban-appeal" and I really hope you will unban me from there.

Can this be put in the auction rules or something? I feel as if I was cheated, but if there was a rule allowing what happened to happen as of now I would feel as if this would solve future issues.

I think I'll sell to whomever I please... You don't have a "right" to purchase items from someone if you offer more.
Now, listen. I'm not ban-hungry, but when 20,501 rc's worth of slimeballs comes knocking at my door and then the auction host sells it to a lower bid, then I think the auction host deserves to be punished. In the case where he isn't banned, I would like him to sell me the slimeballs that were rightfully mine.
People like you scare me. You have no right to those slimeballs.

Wow. This is a touchy subject. On one hand you have Jack, who believes that his bid was fair. On the other hand, you have the person that sold the item in question: Axel.

My stance on this: A seller does not have to accept an auction bid, even if it is worth more money. Let's take this from a real life stance. You arrive at an auction with no rules set previous. An item of great value and interest crosses your path. You bid $20. Another person, right next to you, bids $20 and 1 cent. Your wallet finds you 1 cent under the current bid... dang. The seller, noticing the amount in your wallet, decides to be friendly, ending the auction and selling it to you. THERE WERE NO RULES PREVIOUS, MEANING THAT THE SELLER DOES NOT RESUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE HIGH BID!!! The seller can sell his item to whomever he wants to.

On the other hand, you have to wonder: "If you had more than $20 in your wallet, and bid accordingly, would the other person bid more?"

My stance on this: When it comes to bidding, in real life or in a game, be respectful of the seller. If someone is bidding in increments of $5 the whole auction, compared to someone bidding in increments of 5 cents the whole auction, who is being more respectful to the seller? I would see this as a waste of time...

Also, A rebuttal: Jack said that he made the opening bid on the item, therefore he was making legit bids. I would love to know what the opening bid amount was. If, for STACKS of slimes the opening bid was.... eh 5k... IT DOESN'T MATTER!!! The opening bid really doesn't matter, for you are just sizing up the next bids to come. Just because you made the first bid, doesn't mean you are legitly bidding. I would go the complete opposite direction and say you are just seeing how low you can actually get the item.

Axel did nothing wrong, and he really does not deserve the ban presented to him. No one is charging him (other than Jack) for anything else. We could be looking at the loss of a member of MR over a trivial and really stupid argument.

I VOTE FOR THE APPEAL!!!

Hmm, you must scare easily.

As for dugs, thanks for your opinion. You actually seemed to notice I had a point, even if you agreed more with Axel's. An also, Axel was banned for flying, he wasnt banned for this, which is why the title includes [rejected].

As for everybody else, I have requested to some admins to add a section in the auction rules thread about in-game auctions. I really believed that in-game auctions were regulated and contained specific rules, but as Intelli stated, they do not.
