You dug out everything. Which will either have to be fill up, or have a giant hole under your realm with nothing in it.

I dug it out for my project, it doesn't need to be fill up, and if you want it fill up, do it your self, that doesn't take long, maybe like 1-2 hours, and you will make a easy 80k.

I can fill it up for you guys if you want me to, I still have all the cobble,

Hate to break it to you, but having a giant hole with the sides stone bricks isn't particularly appealing to most potential buyers.

I don't understand your logic. Having it dug out is nothing but an advantage. The point of the stone bricks is to keep neighbors from getting into any closed-off parts of the realm or placing any lava or water that flow into the realm.

I'm just saying I don't want a massive cavern underneath a realm which I bought for 300k.

Yes there is a slime chuck, and they do spawn... alot.
You can make a half-1 stack of slime balls a day.

Thanks, that should raise the price a bit, just wanted to know. It's a mite (80K) costly for me though.....

I think what CHAOSiron13 meant is that people would rather have the realm be level with the realms around it so they can actually build a building in it.

All they would have to do is make a one block-thick layer of dirt, and build their building on it....it wouldn't be that hard, and then they'd have no trouble making the basement.
