To everyone who does not know: Rainbow Tylenol is a techno song made by Kitsune2 (techno band). The song itself has become a meme on the internet. The meme itself revolves around remixing the song by using a funny sound effect, such as a guy screaming, the Mario jumping sound, or the Old Spice Guy.
