The server is going to be laggy for a bit, due to a bunch of scripts I'm running.
However, after some time, the load should balance out. (Within a couple hours)

I believe only admins are able to do server restarts, and right now only Intelli and Rosez are admins. Because Rosez isn't on frequently, it is mostly just Intelli fixing it whenever it breaks.

Server working at last check - must have just been network issues that resolved themselves.

On a side-note, I've now updated hmod to the latest version (and applied all available updates for the plugins we use). This should possibly help improve server stability.
