Well it's like buying a lottery ticket, you could get a chest full of diamonds (highly unlikely) or a chest full of crap (very possible).

Minimum increments: 5rc
Ending date: 12th of march, 2012 at 4:00 pm gmt +10:30 (work it out for yourselves!)
