I recently bought 2 realms right. There is a realm difference inbetween my lots and Sir Daves megemansion, the purchased realms appeared to have no manmade sructures, just trees in a small 5:15 plot. Dave says it is his friends tree farm... i beleive him but there was no sign, no man made buildings and no other warnings I have already made my house and moved my stuff. But he is now requesting i leave. ive now flattened out both realms wasting lots of time doing so... i did feel bad for accidently purchasing someones small tree farm and placed rows upon rows of saplings directly across from it, these sapplings will produce more then the original tree farm.. Do i have to sell and move losing myself 2k and this is the area for a new arena being built. Dave i do respect you as a player and a person but is it really worth me moving

i left a realm gap, and it was the flattest land i could find... is there an issue?

No, just that it's kinda strange for someone to go build something like that so close to someone else's realms when they have the whole map to make it.

There actually is tons of room in that area. You only built it one realm length away from, in my opinion, one of the best looking buildings on the server. It is pretty rude to build something of that caliber so close to something that someone obviously spent A LOT of time on with out discussing it with them first.

If that is Sir Daves' White Palace you're talking about, then the forest has been there for sometime, I'm not sure, but Dave may of even flatten some of the area around it before planting the forest.
1 realm gap is kindof close, since that's only 50 blocks away.
That's extremely close.
I reccomend pm'ing Dave and organizing a sale to reimburse you for buying the plot. If he bought it from you for atleast 11,112 crs you would get your money back plus 0.8cr. Plus Dave would secure the land against future invaders.

If you want it near a subway station follow that road you bought it near and there is a station i built at the west end. You can see it on the map. It is round and has a yellow J on the top. There is a large snowy biome there. Id still be willing to help you with it too.

This seems pretty simple. (even though the OP was hard to read)

The sign and no structures means no claim on the land.

Also, if it took him so long to contact you that you flattened the realm already, then he shouldn't have waited so long.

Seriously, who keeps a tree farm with only 15 trees? And why put it more than 50 blocks away from your other realms? And why not put up a sign? My lying-to-get-rid-of-you alarm is going off.
