That's ridiculous, and completely irresponsible on their part. I'm guessing it was one of those faster street bikes. Non-Harleys.. can't think of the right name though. I'm a car guy

Being my capitalist self i cant help but wonder if you would have got more for suing him for costs and damages....

Lol, but I don't really care for money, I would have been pissed if he didn't pay for the medical bills though
