After a week of not attracting any bids, I sold the realm back to the server. It's now public, and freely available to anyone interested in buying it.
In-game Name: Prodigy9
Item(s) up for auction: One private realm, located at X 375 / Z 1875. It has been flattened and covered with dirt; about most of the dirt is already covered in grass. The realm is near the border of a forest biome and a desert biome, and it is just a short walk from both Old Frogtown and the Frogroad leading back to Spawn City.
Starting bid (after tax): 10,000 credits
Minimum increments: 200 credits
Ending date: March 4. Auction may be extended (by no more than one day) if bidding is continuing at the time that it's scheduled to end. Auction ended without any bids. Realm is now public.

In the image, the realm for sale is the flat area just below where I took the screenshot. It was abandoned shortly before the public realm wipe, and had some very sharp edges; gentle hills (dirt on the forest side, sand on the desert side) were added to make it easier to enter/leave the realm. However, the entire 50x50 realm is within the flat area.
