Here's how: make the start and end port 25565 and the protocol TCP. Now open the command prompt (cmd) and type ipconfig. Find your IPv4 address and put that next to the port forwarding thing on the ports page. (you also use this IP in the minecraft config file)

Now you need to set a static IP address, this is pretty easy so I won't wxplain it fully here. Just go to google and search for it.

Go into command prompt, type ipconfig then hit enter. Look for the IPv4 address, go into your router, set the ip of the port to whatever the IPv4 address was in command prompt, set the ports to 25565. Make sure you have two entries made in your router, one for TCP and one for UDP.

Just TCP works for me, but of that isn't the case for you do one for each.

You say put you IPv4 adress in the mc config file?
This gives me NOT ABLE TO BIND TO PORT (its the 192.168.1.1 ur talking bout here, don't think that's the correct one)
