So actually Random.org, which I'm using, is more random than that. Which is good.

By the way, it turns out that the sum of the integers between 1 and 707 and the sum of the integers between 707 and 1000 are nearly equal. So I'm thinking by the laws of probability, there should be just as many guesses below 707 as above 707 if anyone had any idea that picking a higher number gives you a better chance of winning more rc.
