One fine morning, Bonejunky, Dark Overlord of Everything, was walking through the woods. Suddenly, one of his minion skeletons came out of hiding and shot Bonejunky in the face. Hard. Usually, Bone only used his minions to evade /kill, but this one rebelled against Bone and killed him. Then Bonejunky respawned and banished the skeleton from the Minerealm world.

Oh yeah my death.... Lost a stack of GS to a chunk error after /trade glitched while I was returning to where I was.

So I wasn't feeling very creative the other day so i decided to visit the mob spawner and gain some experience. Levels were goin pretty quick. I was up to level 37 in no time. Then the phone rings. I leave the keyboard for a sec to answer the phone. During this time a random spider comes up from nowhere and kills me...$#@!. I say a few choice words go back to get my stuff and start over at level 6.

I was still feeling a bit lacking in the creative area so I went back to the zombie spawner and continue to gain levels. I continue to gain levels, however at this point i'm a bit bored and start looking at chat. I notice i'm at level 37 again and look back at chat. all of a sudden....death....$#@!. I had been distracted and killed by a zombie.

Again I go back and get my stuff and think to myself...before i leave tonight i'm gettin to level 45. So this time I pay attention and have no distractions and finally reach level 45. So I go to enchant a pick. Pick enchants at level 45 and gives back an efficiency 4....$#@!. So I see in chat that somebody's lookin for a bunch of obsidian so i decide to take my efficiency 4 pick and go mine some obsidian.

Mining is going good. I get a pretty good system down and have mined 10 stacks of obsidian in no time. all of a sudden I fall in the lava. My first instinct was to throw down water. The water works but now i'm trapped below a piece of obsidian with water below it and lava below that. If i let myself sink in the water i burn in lava, but at the same time i'm running out of breath in the water. I'm tryin to mine the piece of obsidian above me, but alas i run out of breath and die. My enchanted pick and all my obsidian sinks to the lava to be destroyed....$#@!.

Creeper:Tssss...
Me: Hyuah!
Creepers dies.
Me: Phew.....
*turns around*

So I randomly tunnel into the roof of a cave, fell 10 blocks or so into a group of zombies and died.

Well, I was pretty close to my /home, so I ran back as quickly as possible to reclaim items. All I brought was a bow to kill zombies, as I planned on just using the old gear. When I drop into the cave again, I have just enough time to put on my boots before a creeper anhinlates me from behind.

Not wanting to die a third time, I fully gear out with diamond armor and sword, with a bow and full stack of arrows. Feeling invincible, I drop straight into the now 14 deep hole. I landed right beside a creeper, he blew up, I lived. Then his buddy on the right blew up. Then the one on the left. Then one from the other end of the cave.....sigh.

Ok, I was getting frustrated. I grab a bucket of lava and a stone sword and run back to the cave. I drop into the hole planning to lava anything that gets close. Well aparently that cave and the creepers had the same idea - the last creeper had finished removing a thin floor seperating that cave from a pool of lava. . . .

I later paid someone else to fill in the cave.

I was derping along in diamond armor, Fortune 3 Unbreaking 3 pickaxe, and 30 diamonds. /trade glitch, goodbye hours of mining.

"Wow, such a nice, choice, area! Let me make a giant cobble tower to remind myself of where I am."
*Makes a cobble tower*
"Let me impulsively decide to let go of shift for no reason."
*dies*

"I shall find that place again!"

"Wow, some items are still here?" (That's the strange part, it was way too long for them to stay there)

-Well, I lost an inventory of logs due to a channel error, but, that's not a death, Death of my wood source, maybe. That's not near my best though.

I was going on my daily diamond hunt. This one lasted about 2 hours which made me a nice profit. By waltzing into lava, losing Fortune 3, Unbreaking 3k, Efficiency 3, / Silk Touch Unbreak 3 pick, 40 diamond ores, 40 gold ores, and 2 stacks of iron ore. I really have no idea where I got the brilliant idea of bringing 2 valuable picks from when only Silk Touch is needed. At least we now know to always crouch while mining isn't such a terrible idea.
