I might try replicating it again. I guess I could have it for download, just I don't know how to do that. :\

I'll get more info on it when I get home in an hour or so. This map is even cooler than I thought!

I experienced somethings similar a while ago:
It looks like you created a superflat map, then deleted it, and finally created a new normal world with the same name.
It is a well-known bug. Some old Chunks remained in memory (superflat, layer 6) and mixed up with new chunks (mountain-biome, layer 90).

Yes that sounds about right, pretty awesome though.

Edit: Alright I logged back into the world and much to my horror within 100 blocks around me were none of the previous chunk errors! I flew around some, giving up when all of the sudden they were around me again. So after 24 hours they moved or something odd like it.

Here are the seed and approximate coordinates of where I was, although from what Schmidt said I don't think it has anything to do with those.

Coordinates: X 300 Z 550
