Bi-monthly sounds like the best option to me. Have it start on the 22nd day of the month and have it end when the month ends.

Tickets should be 100rc each, but there should be a limit of 20 or so tickets.

This way, you could feed each lotto without losing a significant amount of RC and it wouldn't be too common so as to suck up the credits in the economy.

I think that maybe this every month wouldn't mess up the money, but it wouldn't be nothing and not worth it either. I think this is a great idea, monthly.

I disagree with most people. This would be most fun annually or bi-annually, for higher RC stakes IMO

Alternatively, there could be a minimum requirement to buy tickets. e.g. only realm owners can buy tickets, or something like that.
