I propose the.... "/mod request" command!
This command would allow, mainly newbies, to Request a Mod/Admin to check out a griefage, or to offer help.
It would work with an interface, on the Chat bar, for Mod/Admin's only, which displays anyone who has requested help, and when it was requested.
This would prevent "Is there any Admins online?" speeches being repeated in the chat, especially when there aren't any online.
The command would, also, make a senior member's job easier, having all Help Request's in one place for easy reference.
In the occasion that a Mod/Admin, is AFK, the message's to them, won't be lost in the chat bar, and be ready for them, when they return.
It could also go even further, replying with a "There are currently No Mods/Admins online", or a "There are currently Mods/Admins online, someone will be with you shortly" message, totally removing the need for these help requests in chat.
So, Tell me what you think, would this make Mod contact easier?, or worse?, Would it be a feature that you would like, in order to improve the response time? or have I thought up a totally pointless idea?
