Ew, I despise realism packs...

Why?

The game wasn't made to look real. That's why I like this game, because everything strongly reminds me of the good old games. I have tried many texture packs, but I still think default is the only one that fits.

As I've said in other threads, the only texture pack I can really use is Vattic's faithful.

I also like sphax purebdcraft x512, but it's pretty computer intensive.

You pretty much nailed the only ones I used but I mostly use the Sphax PureDBCraft texture pack. I just love the pentagon shaped moon, sun, and bubbles and the general toonishness it imparts.

2: quandrary
3: Faithful (32x)
4: SummerFields (32x)
5: doku RPG (32x)

Some people might hate me for this... But I detest painterly. I could not find a worse texture pack if I tried. It's just messy, and lazily thrown together, nothing blends well.
