OMG! Eduardo and Bloo!!! I moved to Atlanta the year they put up the forster's billboards all over the city. Just a bunch of random sayings everywhere with red backgrounds, then a month later they put the respective characters on the billboards. My favorite was bloo. "I'm a hot toe picka!"
