I'd like people to post prices for themselves, but seeing as they are both NTC it's alright.

edit: I'l be more encouraged to sell someone the realm if they allow me to use it every once in a while if they are not using it. That would be nice. If not, then it's fine.

double edit: Tax must be made up for a reasonable amount. Thought I should state that.

Important: I want to get this realm sold so I can better afford a project I'm doing. Bidding ends tonight, in about 2-3 hours from this post. Also, in order to outbid the current bid of 35k, you must bid at least 40k. Just to speed things up. That goes for any more bids, must increase in 5K. As I said before be wary of tax.
