Indeed. It is reprehensible that the admins for the server that we pay for don't answer us with info on what is going on. Seeing as we are all paying for the server to be up every day, why should we put up with this service that we pay for, ever having downtime? It doesn't cost them anything to run the server, so why shouldn't they prioritize it above all else, because we are the true owners, with the regular fees we pay to provide for its upkeep.

What's that? We don't pay for the servers costs? Well, at least we should expect that the admins that we are providing a salary for to be responsive. Why do they need to work other jobs that they prioritize above us, when they can make a decent living off of how much we pay them? They should drop everything and rush to fix the server, because that is what they are being paid to do. They should do their true job of maintaining the server, or give up the luxurious lifestyle that they are living, off of the money that we pay them.

Your forgetting that there ARE donors, and on top of that, it has been down with no information for almost 24 hours now.

Yes, and I am one of them. And I'm betting that if you add up the total donations received, you might pay for one month's worth of the servers uptime. It was also up about 4 hours ago, so it hasn't been 24 hours.

Also, this happens every time minecraft updates, because that means all of the plugins break. It takes time to fix them so they actually work properly without causing massive lag.
