I'll buy them all once I replenish my credit stash. Currently they're all tied up in quite a few trades and projects.

@kindreganrobert: there are many plots under 200 blocks from Trinity for less, it may be useful to buy some of those for when we become a spawn point.

Usually buildings with pre-built things go for less.
Sort of like driving a new car off the lot.
Re-sell value plummets.

If Hugel Castle is still on the realms, then the price should be lowered. But if they are completely flat with nothing on them, the price should remain the same or increase.

This is sometimes the case.

From the experiences I've had, which are numerous, this is the standard:

• If the structures on the land have only invaluable materials (ex. cobble, wood planks, placed glass, etc.), then the RC value is less/closer to 10k. This is only because removing the stuff is a pain and takes time and you don't get much.
• If there are more valuable materials at all, even if there are not many, then the price can go up indefinitely.
• A small plus for buying land with buildings on it is the RC you get from removing it. Even though it takes up time to tear down, you will eventually have to tear it down. In addition to the materials, there are potential RCs stored in the structure.

IMO, for property far from spawn points, from high to low value are: Buildings on flat land w/ valuables, Buildings on flat land with invaluables, which is almost equal to plain flat land w/o buildings, then finally wilderness/land that may need clearing.

Well as you can see. The land is flat, organized and ready for building. The trees are for supply of wood and/or decoration. I only have 3 houses there and my home which is also for sale, contains 26 of each red and white wool. It contains a enchantment room, Basement and attic. We have a storage house, Town square and one Misc. house for sale. The outside of the castle is untouched and has A river, A Forest and a flat land. Perfect location for the insipring town.

I've visited. It's a really nice location, good biomes around it, I thought it would be the perfect spot to either build a house or start something like Cj did with hugel castle. I would buy if I didn't already have a project atm.
