End_Portal should be banned solely for the annoying avatar he has. (Tweaked wording.)

it is obnoxious. i told him not to put it while we were on skype. but in all honesty, it seemed like all he wanted was attention and for people to laugh at his avatar. at least that's what it seemed like during the call. either way, it is obnoxious and i hate having to converse with him as he makes a lot of people look stupid around him.

I waited a month
also i think i was unbanned because it was less of a problem to have me unbanned then deal with my appeals and PM's.
also also i have actually changed.
