Get Screenium, it's good and free, if you know where to look.

I tried that, at first I got a black or white screen instead of the real thing, now it's not giving me video at all.

Not sure of the price, and i use fraps, but i hear 'bandicam' is great.

Get Windows and use FRAPS.

There's absolutely no good reason to use Mac OS.

Good quality: 30FPS and 720P
Mac compatible
Free or under $20

I have tried and eliminated the following:
Screenflick (slow recording, I need $19 just to re-activate and I've spent $25 already)
Debut (nice, but too expensive)
Screenium (Buggy and annoying + the video won't record)
Quick Time player (lags my game a lot)

I know 1 person who uses this, the Pro version looks really nice but is $15 per year, maybe not what you're looking for. I have no clue why they made the free version do 5 minute max clips.
