That's true of children. Are you a child? The hyperactivity, to my knowledge, is the cause of impulse. And when it comes to posting on a forum, that shouldn't even be an issue because you have a process you have to go through to even post something. Plenty of time to reconsider. I'm just saying, don't blame everything on ADD/ADHD.
