Well I think Energysisters just denied her own app by promoting arguments on her OWN staff app. Usually the people applying suck it up for a bit, but not for this unique person that is (kind of) ignorant IMO.

Nothing personal, but why should someone who doesn't actually play the game the forums are based on have the responsibility to moderate them?

I would say yes except for the fact that her forum account is not at the age it needs to be, and I'm not sure, but I think you need a in game account as well. Not sure about the last part though.

There is no official thread about forum moderators. That means there are no set rules like admins or mods.

Actually inside of the hiring thread there are specifications of time on the server and forums for every job opening including Forum Moderator. With that being said.... you sadly will NOT be accepted at this point in time due to the amount of time on forums.... not even a month yet.

I don't know you so can't say I would want you as a forum mod or not, but I do know that I want a forum moderator who has been here for quite some time and has proven his/her skills as apart of minerealm. A person who will treat the job well, and won't abuse power yet will still be social and have fun with us.
