We have successfully launched the classic server! This is a server without mobs, pvp, or health. You are free to jump from a cliff as many times as you like. It also has some old Minecraft 'features' that were ingame when Mineralm first launched - such as dropping your tool to reset its durabilty.

In order to celebrate the launch, we have decided to hold a contest. You are to submit a picture of the coolest-looking natural formation within Minecraft. You must take the picture yourself, and it must be completely natural. Reposts will not be allowed. Each player can only submit one formation, and you are not allowed to change your mind. The screenshot must be taken on a Minerealm server. On Wednesday, a poll will be held to decide the winner. That's right, the winner will be chosen by the players of Minerealm! I suggest taking a tour of the new classic server, as it might be easier to find an untouched part of the landscape there. Good luck!

I liked this spot that I found. I only wish that I could have fit the little lake at the base of the mountain in the shot. Also, the sun was going down. Maybe I'll go back and get a better shot later.

You can use pictures from both servers, and you can use whatever texture pack you want.
