Soy milk is delicious. I really wouldn't worry about it too much. AND, if you really don't wanna try that, there is always almond milk and rice milk. Mmmmm rice milk. Reminds me of rice water and horchata....

Better thought, find a recipe for non-milk horchata, and have a nice heaping glass of yum
