Findale Mortgage Policy

1) You pay a 1k brokering fee. This fee covers any loses I may take due to transaction taxes and borrowers defaulting on a loan.
2) I buy the realms, giving you (and only you) build rights until you are prepared to purchase the realm from me.
3) I charge 1k realm credits interest per week. You are required to notify me prior to paying interest. You are also STRONGLY advised to take 2 rapid screenshots of the transaction. The second screenshot will have proof of payment and the timestamp from the first screenshot.
4) When you have a full 10k credits, you may purchase the realm.
5) I only accept payment for the realm in full (as part of /realm sell). I do not accept advanced payments. Any such payments are considered non-refundable interest payments.
