Every time it happens I feel so helpless to the fact, knowing it's usually a petty scene of me being put in a bad light, or a problem with miscommunication / disproportionate actions. I have previously been banned for a good reason, but I was clearly unbanned for a good reason as well.

This is a matter of dealing with duped goods, that I never knew were duped. It's unfortunate that one can be banned for buying items at his own discretion, not knowing they were duped and still be banned because the other player didn't tell them.

This duped items BS needs to end. I thought it was over when channels were removed. Nope. Now your automatically a duper if you have 10 stacks of diamonds.

Duping is still possible, although much harder now. However, I am under the impression, judging from the people banned recently and their past actions that the duped items are leftovers from a previous duping event that were never turned over to the admins. As long as they are sitting there, not doing anything they are not noticeable, but if something high profile happens, like say a huge auction with a vast amount of diamonds in it, then the admins might wonder just where all the diamonds came from...

Mitch, thank you for humoring me, but the actions taken were a precautionary measure and I'll be damned if players got away with selling duped diamonds rather then giving him time to look into it, and getting rid of all the duped goods.

i can vouch for selling him those diamonds. i didn't know about those diamonds being duped or not :/ at the time i was living with biscuitbullet and he told me that he got those diamonds that i sold him legit. if i have to give away all my diamonds and the 10k credits back to cannabin, i'll give it to him. i just want to get unbanned and get all this cleared up

IMO, that's not right, even if it is precautionary. People have a right to being innocent until proven guilty.

Then again, that's just my opinion and doesn't count for anything.
