If I was a billionaire I would go and study a few more degrees, do some travelling and see the world & finish learning to drive. I would also want to try out learning to drive, pilot different forms of transport, become a pilot, etc.

Buy a penthouse in New York,
Take a two year trip around the world
Buy the server from intelli and pay him 70k a year to run it
give all mods a 10k a year salary
give all admins a 20k a year salary
Fund the creation of the ultimate MineRealm Server! 100 player limit, to processor, 1TB ram, massive HDD, the works! XD
give the excess to charities around the world

That much ram wouldn't help with the server at all. Faster RAM however would. Also he'd need a server farm to have that much RAM. Why not a 1TB SSD instead of a much slower HDD?

For the lulz I would make a high quality cosplay terminator costume aka warhammer 40k

Based off of my space marine chapter the Omega Legion (loyalist).

Using plastics and some metal plating. (A light weight build as its a costume, but with some padding and a coolant system to keep me from overheating in the suit.
And then I would train to run marathons in the suit (or probably just walk) and take part in different marathons around the world to raise charity.
