Added in basic chat spam filter
Made it so chat messages go in database (chat does not yet display) - now threaded

Probably 72 classes in the plugin.

On Topic: I doubt optimizing the code will improve lag much to be honest. I'm still convinced that lag is due to too many people on the server as there is no lag with 30 people on, but there is tons with 70-150. I could be wrong though.
