Nemesissyn's donor status will probably last for quite a while as i'm betting if it hasn't run out now he was donating more the $15 a month, and will therefore have a fair few months left on it.
For this reason, and the the fact he is (i think) perma-banned, i believe his status should be revoked, his land disbanded and reset so that other players can use his land and not have to work around what is now essentially a ghost town

I am in favor of BSG's request being granted for several reasons:

1) Roanoke is a spawn. As is currently being discussed in a separate thread, spawns need to have a certain visual appeal to them since they are the first things that new players see on this server.
2) Donors have not been updated in quite a long time. Although I am not complaining (since I have my tag), I know that there are people who have been waiting several weeks for theirs. Since this is the case, BSG is having to wait an abnormally long time for them to disband.
3) He is perma-banned but that does not prevent him from *trying* to log on to the server, which from my understanding resets the 30-day wait period.
4) BSG waited an appropriate period of time before making the request. If the day that Nemeissysn was banned he had made the request, it would be quite different. However, he waited in hopes that they would disband without having to make the request.

TL;DR: In favor of BSG's request.

I guess I don't see the point of preserving the land of someone who has been banned after a certain amount of time even if they are a donor.

I understand that a perk of being a donor is being able to keep your realms, but once you get banned I feel as though you kind of relinquish that perk.
